We are aware of a problem where Datto BCDR devices that have received the latest Datto OS update (2860) may erroneously display a high HDD temperature values.

The Kaseya R&D Team has identified the issue and will be releasing a fix to BCDR devices beginning on 12/16/2024 and concluding by 12/26/2024.
