The Kaseya R&D team have narrowed the issue to a spike in traffic to the platform between 6AM and 10AM EST. The team continues to work on improvements to backend systems so that performance remains stable at all times.

We are aware of a problem where RapidFire Tools Portal pages are failing to load, leaving pages blank.

The cause of this issue is from additional load on our back end systems.

The Kaseya R&D Team have deployed additional resources to handle this load and are monitoring performance.
