On Monday, July 21st, our Technology team identified and resolved errors relating to incoming email processing in the American West zone.

Functionality was restored quickly, but the event resulted in a small number of emails that were not processed correctly. Our R&D team has identified the unprocessed emails and plans to reprocess them at 11:30 AM EST today. We will post an update once the reprocessing is complete.
