We will be performing updates to our cloud servers in all global data centers, beginning on Wednesday January 7th, 2026 starting at 8AM EST and continuing through January 11th, 2026.

During the maintenance period, each cloud server will be updated and rebooted, temporarily disabling offsite restores and offsite synch operations.

IMPORTANT: We will be powering down all running cloud virtualizations prior to the update of each server and these VMs may need your attention to power them back on.
