Identified

We are currently experiencing a temporary outage affecting the Datto Partner Portal. While backups are continuing to run as expected, BCDR devices and Datto DNA devices may not appear in the Partner Portal during this time.

Our team has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution. We anticipate full service restoration by noon EST.
