Incident Report for Kaseya Inc

Postmortem

On June 9th at 17:00 UTC, RapidFire Tools Partners experienced a service interruption which caused login and other timeout errors when using YourITPortal.

The root cause of this service interruption was due to a combination of increased load and an infrastructure change that lead to the timeout errors.

 

Our Engineering team deployed a fix to correct the problem on June 9th at 19:00 UTC to restore services to normal.

The Kaseya R&D Team is currently investigating the issue.
