Updates have been made and performance of the admin web interface should reach normal levels over the next few hours. Our team will continue monitoring and will update this post when the issue is resolved.

Investigating

We are aware of a problem where some customers are experiencing slowness or timeout errors in the administrative web interface.

The Kaseya Operations team is reviewing the situation and we will post updates on this forum as we resolve the issue.
