We are currently aware of the problem where Siris 4 Enterprise Devices Increased Fan Speed, causing Louder Fan Noise

The R&D team has identified the problem and has developed a firmware package that resolves this issue

Due to the specific architecture of Siris4 Enterprise devices, a resolution cannot be delivered through the standard OS update channel. To address this issue a firmware update must be applied directly to the device
