Datto BCDR Cloud Server Updates - All Regions - Phase 1

We will be performing updates to our cloud servers across all global data centers, beginning on Monday, December 1st, 2025, at 8 AM EST, and continuing through December 12th, 2025, as necessary (Phase 1).

During the maintenance period, each cloud server will be updated and rebooted, temporarily disabling off-site sync operations and the ability to perform cloud restores.

Note: Existing [running] cloud virtualizations will not be affected during Phase 1 of this maintenance.
