We will be performing maintenance for Datto SaaS Protection as part of the planned migration from Exchange Web Services (EWS) to Microsoft Graph APIs. Maintenance will begin on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET and is expected to last approximately 92 hours.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience temporary backup performance degradation for Exchange services, as well as reduced backup performance for other Microsoft 365 services, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
